Hello Deviant,
Your friendly neighborhood SouthPaw is here to bring you an exclusive event for Deviant. The reward for winning is a level 1 Tome straight from the forges in Thousand Streams (1k Streams). How do you win such a valuable prize you ask? That my friends is simple.
This will be a Scavenger Hunt event, meaning you will have to go out and kill monsters to get certain items and bring them to Pippy, Mae or SouthPaw and upon total completion of getting ALL of the said items I list off for you to collect to earn the Tome.
Now, to avoid cheating and avoid the contest from being unfair Mae and Myself have agreed on the items to be used as low level items. But dont think it will be easy either, since I do want you to work for the reward.
Here are the items I would like you all to collect:
Item - Amount
Mystical Fur - 250
Green Fragment - 250
Lime Stone - 250
Buddha's Hand - 250
Ragged Fur - 250
Element Powder - 250
All of these items can be found in every races starter area. So, they are all dropped by level 1-15 mobs and will be very easy to kill by any level character in the faction. But also remember the higher level you are the lower your chance to get the drop from the mob that drops them. So the lower level you are the better. But the higher level you are the more you can kill faster.
The first person to bring 250 of each of the items listed above to either Pippy, Mae or SouthPaw will get to pick what Tome you would like made.
If you bring the items to Pippy or Mae you will have to wait for them to bring the items to me since I am the one with the materials to make the Tome in my bank. So some patience may be required but rest assured if you bring all the items in the proper amounts then you WILL get your Tome.
So, there is only one rule in this event and that is to have fun! ^^
